Purpose of the role:

• Provide professional advice to clients in support of instructions received and contribute to fee, billing and profit targets under supervision of Country Head and/or Head of Capital Markets located in the Prague office

• Support and contribute to the Company`s strategic initiative in developing the Capital Markets business in the Czech Republic and Slovakia

• Support and contribute to international investment mandates within the Czech Republic, Slovakia and wider Central & Eastern Europe

• Assist in the preparation of valuation reports and valuation calculations.

Key Result Areas

Client & Marketing

• Take a lead in the management of financial data (e.g. tenancy schedules), analyzing such data and the production of cash-flow models

• Maintain client relationships and act as liaison with clients on specific projects

• Ensure professional advice is provided thoroughly, accurately and within set deadlines

• Deliver activities and projects within client expectations (e.g. time, quality)

• Consult internally and externally to help identify optimum solutions for clients

• Coordinate and/or contribute to initial discussions, preparation of tender documents, delivering pitches/ presentations and conducting negotiations

• Where vendor mandates are secured, to implement the agreed strategy for the disposal in a professional and efficient manner

• Attend and participate in regular investment group meetings

• Assist in all due diligence work for both acquisitions and disposals to otherwise service our existing client base

• Assist in valuations relevant to investment solutions

• Liaise with site teams and other professionals to provide a full service to the client

• Develop internal and external network for business pipeline/opportunities
