Head of Human Resources, CZ

Our client is one of the world’s leading commercial real estate companies with a global network of offices and a strong, established presence throughout Central and Eastern Europe, with future growth planned. They are looking for an ambitious individual to join their CZ team and require someone with knowledge and passion for supporting and developing people.



  • Based in Prague, with occasional travel within CEE.



  • Help create, develop and realize the HR strategy and agenda for 50-100 employees – predominantly Czech nationals - with a strong emphasis on talent retention and employee development

  • A key Member of the Management Executive Committee for the Czech Republic, but also liasing/cooperating with other CEE and EMEA HR colleagues

  • On-going development of the HR strategy, delivering and promoting best practices and operational excellence in HR

  • Managing recruitment activities, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, business planning and organizational structure, admin and payroll, as well as ad hoc special projects such as team-building events



  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in an HR management role

  • University degree in a relevant subject

  • Demonstrable track record in creating and realizing training and development programmes for employees

  • Full, professional proficiency in Czech or Slovak and English (written and spoken)

  • Personable, approachable, cooperative, self-confident and credible

  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational, time management, communication and multi-tasking skills

  • Must be a team player with professional attitude and strong work ethic
