Asset & Property Manager

The Company:

 

A family-owned company based in Prague, which has been investing in and managing real estate assets since the early 1990s, is seeking to expand its small but dedicated team with a new Asset & Property Manager.

 

The company owns and proactively manages a portfolio of properties, which includes offices, retail, and high-end residential assets in Prague with a combined value of around €15 million.

Core Responsibilities:

Management of tenant relations:

o          Responding promptly to tenant inquiries, service requests, and complaints

o          Maintaining positive and professional relationships

 

Coordination with Facility Management Company:

o          Organizing maintenance and repairs

o          Obtaining quotes for repair costs; finding suppliers

o          Overseeing quality and timeliness of services provided

 

Cooperation with Senior Asset Manager concerning:

o          OPEX and CAPEX planning and budgeting

o          Reporting

o          End of year reconciliation

 

Monitoring of energy usage/consumption

Inspection of premises at the beginning and at the end of leases

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Czech and English (or Italian, or French)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft package

  • Familiarity with Domsys or other types of facility/property management software would be an advantage

  • Great communication and organizational skills

Starting date:            ASAP

Type of contract:       direct employment; consultancy agreement also possible

Holidays:                   23 days + public holidays

Remote working:       Up to 2 days a week, by agreement
